KARA EXNER

Kara has a passion for developing potential in others.  She has over 25 years of management and training experience, and has been working as a Professional Coach since 2005.  Kara is a powerful coach and facilitator, and her clients value both her challenging questions and championing demeanor.  Kara coaches leaders on both personal and professional goals, works with teams to assist them in operating more effectively together, and facilitates training which teaches leaders and others to be more coach-like in their approach.

Kara has created two of her own courses for teaching coaching skills: Exponential Coaching™ (completed by nearly 500 leaders since 2014); and a two-day course combining the power of coaching with the science of positive psychology, which she has been teaching at the University of Calgary since 2010.

CARLO JENSEN

Since receiving his Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching in 2008, Carlo has coached hundreds of leaders including:

• Over 200 leaders in the Exponential Coaching™ program

• Over 300 students in the Royal Roads University Certified Executive Coaching program

• Group and individual coaching to over 100 energy company leaders

Carlo also has hundreds of hours of facilitation experience and is a licensed trainer for Coaching Out of the Box™ as well as designing and delivering his own custom classes.

CAROLYN POOLE

Carolyn has been coaching since 2008 and has coached with hundreds of leaders at junior, intermediate, and senior levels. Industry experience includes energy, utilities, manufacturing, professional services, transportation, retail, consumer goods, post-secondary, healthcare, and government.

Carolyn also enjoys facilitating, mentoring, and teaching and is a sessional instructor at the University of Calgary. She regularly delivers MBTI workshops focussing on teambuilding, communication, conflict, and managing stress. Carolyn also conducts small team workshops on conflict management and coaching skills for leaders.

MICHELE ROY

Since receiving her Graduate Certificate as a Professional Coach in 2001, Michele has over 4,000 hours of coaching leaders including 15 years of experience coaching leaders and managers in Oil and Gas, Construction Management, Project Management, Financial Services, Health Services, and Engineering Consulting.

Michele’s coaching of high performers includes:

 BOBBI LEE

Bobbi, a born and raised Western Canadian, graduated with a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the College of the Rockies in 2004.  She loved the customer service aspect of travel and tourism!  During her 5 year post-diploma; Bobbi found her niche working in technology support positions for restaurants. Bobbi returned to post secondary at Simon Fraser University to purse Advanced Technology Management while she worked for a large software firm in Vancouver.

Being of service to her companies, co-workers, and clients; Bobbi works hard to ensure that her pursuits are executed with integrity, trustworthiness, and a smile.

After a hiatus from formal employment to raise her children; Bobbii started work with Nine Lions Inc. in the summer of 2018.
